What type of residents does Wisteria Court welcome?
Wisteria Court is designed for elderly individuals who are broadly independent but appreciate company, structured meals, and a comfortable home environment. We do not provide medical or nursing care. For those with specific health needs, we are happy to discuss whether our setting would be suitable.
Can families visit whenever they wish?
Yes. Family visits are always welcome and encouraged. We ask only that visits consider the resident's daily rhythm — meals, rest periods, and evening programmes. We are happy to coordinate timing that works for everyone.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The Court Residence fee of HK$14,500 per month covers the furnished private room, three daily meals, housekeeping, laundry, care companion support, and access to all in-house activities. The Evening Wellness Programme can be added separately for HK$1,650 per month.
What is the Two-Week Settling-In Stay?
It is a fourteen-day residential stay that allows a prospective resident to experience daily life at Wisteria Court before making any long-term decision. All services are included. At the end of the stay, staff share their observations with the family in a quiet conversation, helping everyone decide on the right next step.
Are medical or nursing services available?
Wisteria Court is a residential home, not a nursing or care facility. We do not provide medical, physiotherapy, or nursing services. Residents who attend regular medical appointments are fully supported in doing so, and we will always communicate openly about what we can and cannot provide.
What activities are available each week?
Residents can join evening garden walks, music appreciation sessions, and gentle handicraft afternoons. The Evening Wellness Programme adds three evenings of guided breathing, soft music, and warm herbal tea each week. All activities are optional — the home respects each person's preference for quiet time as well.
